Bidder sign in will begin at 9:00 am and Sale starts promptly at 9:30 am

All Bidders/Buyers must show valid Photo ID.

Cash deposit of $25 required per unit purchased - no exceptions.

Cash deposit will be refunded upon successful removal of unit goods

prior to 3:00 pm on Sat, January 28, 2017.

Please bring your own lock for all purchased units. (Locks available for purchase).

As always, refreshments will be provided.

All unit purchases will be assessed 6% VA sales tax
unless acceptable proof of Tax ID is provided
