Our next Storage Auction will be

THIS IS A CASH ONLY SALE
 

We currently have nineteen (19) units scheduled for sale,

with one known payment promise pending overnight.
Redeemed unit(s) will be pulled prior to the sale.

This is our Final Update made at 7:00 pm Wed 01-23-13

Current units scheduled for sale consist of:

2 - 10x20

1 - 10x30

 

Bidder sign in will begin at 9:00 am and Sale starts promptly at 9:30 am

 

All  Bidders must show Photo ID

Cash deposit of $25 required per unit purchased.

Cash deposit will be refunded upon successful removal of unit goods

prior to 3:00 pm on Saturday, January 26th, 2013.
 

Please bring your own lock for all purchased units. (Locks available for sale).

As always, refreshments will be provided.

All unit purchases will be assessed 5% VA sales tax
unless acceptable proof of Tax ID is provided
