We currently have 9 units scheduled for sale,
with payment promises on 3 of these units.

Units consist of:

2 - 10x10

1 - 10x25

2 - 10x10 cc

Bidder sign in will begin at 9:00 am and Sale starts promptly at 9:30 am

All Bidders must show valid Photo ID.

Cash deposit of $25 required per unit purchased - no exceptions.

Cash deposit will be refunded upon successful removal of unit goods

prior to 6:00 pm on October 1, 2015.

Please bring your own lock for all purchased units. (Locks available for sale).

As always, refreshments will be provided.

All unit purchases will be assessed 5% VA sales tax
unless acceptable proof of Tax ID is provided
