Our next Storage Auction will be

THIS IS A CASH ONLY SALE

 

This final update was posted at 6:15pm 11/19/12:
 

We currently have thirteen (13) units scheduled for sale,

with two  payment promises pending overnight;
those units will be pulled if payment is made prior to the sale.

This is our largest auction of 2012.  Keep this in mind as

you allocate your funds for this auction. Don’t miss out.

Units for sale consist of:

2 - 05x05
3 - 05x10

2 - 05x15

3 - 10x10
1 - 10x15

1 - 10x20

1 - 10x25

Bidder sign in will begin at 9:00 am and Sale starts promptly at 9:30 am.

All winning Bidders must show Photo ID and

place a cash deposit of $25 per unit that they purchase.

Cash deposit will be refunded upon successful removal of unit goods

prior to 6:00 pm on Sunday, Nov 25th.

(we are giving you extra time due to the Thanksgiving holiday)

Please bring your own lock for all purchased units. (Locks available for sale).

As always, refreshments will be provided.


All unit purchases will be assessed 5% VA sales tax unless proof of Tax ID is provided
